MOORE, C. RICHARD, 50, of St. Petersburg, died Thursday (July 29, 1999) at home. He was a graduate of Northeast High School and St. Petersburg Junior College. Survivors include his mother, Iva Joyce Dreaden, a sister, Carol Nutley, and his stepmother, Lucille B. Moore, all of St. Petersburg; two brothers, Dan Moore, St. Petersburg, and David Moore, New Mexico. Abbey Parklawn Funeral Home, Palm Harbor.
