THOMAS E MULKEY, 53, of St. Petersburg, died Friday (Feb. 21, 2003) at home. He was a St. Petersburg native and a 1967 graduate of Northeast High School. He was a 1975 graduate of the University of Florida in Gainesville. He was an Army officer and was a Vietnam War veteran. Survivors include his wife of 29 years, Susan; a son, Eric, Carlinville, Ill.; a daughter, Tara Mulkey, St. Petersburg; his father, William, New Port Richey; three brothers, Bill and Richard, both of Tennessee, and Robert, New Port Richey; and a granddaughter.
