Steven Lincoln Puffer, 29, 284 Bellair Drive NE, died Thursday (Nov. 30, 1978) in Morocco as a result of an automobile accident. Mr. Puffer was born in Minneapolis and came here from there. He was a tour guide rider. He is survived by his parents, Steven E. and Mary Puffer; a sister, Stephanie Puffer, all of St. Petersburg; a brother, Jeffrey of Jacksonville; and his paternal grandmother, Cecelia Puffer of Cresco, Iowa.

Linc was my best friend and partner on our sailboat the Caribbean Soul. When he died his girlfriend Christa a German living in Spain and I became lovers. We lived together for five years and had a son born during this union. Apollo now lives in West Palm Beach and we have a close father and son relationship. Christa still lives in Mojacar Spain where Linc met her.
