Wilson, Lancing K. “Lanny”, 68 of Brooksville, passed away on Wednesday, February 10, 2016.Lanny was born on September 11, 1947, in Los Angeles, CA, and spent most of his life in St. Petersburg, FL. He graduated from Northeast High School class of 1967. A Veteran of the United States Army, he served during the Vietnam War in the 101st Airborne Division. As a Screaming Eagle he earned a purple heart. During his career, he worked for the McDonalds Corporation as an Architectural Draftsman. In his free time, he enjoyed building and restoring cars and motorcycles. He was also a talented artist. Lanny was preceded in death by his parents Eddie and Lucille Wilson. He is survived by daughter, Shane C. Wilson; sisters, Bonnie Glenn and Wendy Motta; niece, Tiffany Glenn; many extended family members and friends.
