Ms Jackye Ann Tinley, age 49 of Vernon, passed away April 11, 1999 at Northwest Florida Community Hospital in Chipley.
Memorialization by cremation with Peel Funeral Home directing.
She is survived by her daughters Melissa Carol Marie Tinley and Melinda Lora Ann Tinley, both of Vernon; sons Richard Daniel Tinley of St Petersburg, Florida; Adam Tinley of New York; and robert Edwards Jones Tinley of Georgia; as well as one grandchild.

I think I met Jackye in jr. high school. She was always such fun and seemed to always be laughing. In high school she was one of the girls that I hung out with at times, there were about 6 of us that would hang out. So sorry you didn't know much about her. She was just a fun person to be around.
